ALL requests for returns, exchange or refunds are accepted if we are notified in writing within 7 days from the date the item was received by buyer. All rings are made from the sizes ordered. If you have ordered the wrong size, request for a return authorization and we will replace it for you. A 15% restocking fee applies which is payable via PAYPAL or deductible from the final refund amount. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, which is also payable via PAYPAL.
Any item that has been engraved or altered in any way or no longer it its original condition and/or have SCRATCHES, ARE NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND, RETURN OR REPLACEMENT. Please allow 7 days for exchanges & refunds to be processed.
